Dr. Nafissa Cisse Egbuonye (Public Health Director Black Hawk County Health Department), Dr. Jarvis Chen (Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health), Dr. Thomas LaViest (School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Dean, Tulane
University), and T. Benicio Gonzales, MSW (Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness Director, Center for Health Equity), discussed the actions their cities have taken to mitigate the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on racial/ethnic minorities.
